Our real estate

lawyer/client relationships. We regularly represent owners,
developers, syndicators, investors, commercial and private lenders,
pension funds and their advisors, real estate investment trusts,
title companies, insurance companies, contractors, architects,
engineers, landlords, tenants, real estate brokers, property
operators and asset managers, estates, trusts and individuals.
Our real estate
practice includes the structuring and implementation of sales,
acquisitions, tax-free exchanges, developments and financings, of
all magnitudes, with respect to commercial, industrial, residential
and investment properties, including hotel properties, as well as
the purchase and development of vacant land assemblages. We
engage in extensive commercial and residential leasing, maintain a
significant construction law practice and have acted in an advisory
capacity to several cooperative and condominium boards.
