Bio

Vaiji joined the firm as a corporate associate in 2005.  Prior to joining the firm she was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where her practice included mergers and acquisitions and bank finance. 

Vaiji was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2001.  She is a member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, India.
