Bio
Louis Smookler was
born in Port Jefferson, New York in 1977. He is admitted to
practice in New York. Before joining the firm
in 2006 as a corporate associate, Louis was Associate General
Counsel at Paramount Biosciences, LLC, a drug
development and life sciences merchant bank, where he focused on early-stage venture
capital financing.
Louis is a member of
both the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the
Bar of the City of New York.
