Bio
John was born in
St. Louis, Missouri in 1967. He was admitted to the New York
State bar in 1996. Before joining the firm as a corporate associate
in 2000, John was a corporate associate at Coudert Brothers
from 1994 until August, 2000.
John's practice focuses on
merger and acquisitions, securities and joint venture
transactions in which he represents issuers, investors,
acquirers and strategic partners.
From 1989 to 1991, John was
a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Merrill
Lynch & Co.
