Bio
Gary Emmanuel was born
in England in 1974. He was admitted to practice in New York in
2005 and in Israel in 2001. Before joining the firm in 2006 as
a corporate associate, Gary was partner at Beigelman & Associates,
P.C. where his practice focused on corporate and intellectual
property matters. In Israel, Gary was an associate at the firm
of Moshe H. Ne'eman, Ben Artzi Co. which later merged with Shiboleth,
Yisraeli, Roberts & Zisman. Gary is fluent in Hebrew.
Gary is an active
member of the ABA’s State Regulation of Securities Committee and
their Liaison on Regulation D Electronic Filing Issues.
