Chris was born in Greenville, South Carolina and was admitted to the New York State bar in 2001. Before joining the firm as a corporate associate in 2008, he served as an Assistant General Counsel for the investment banking division of Bank of America and was in private practice at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York before joining Bank of America.  Chris is fluent in French.
